Annevo Hub is a committee of employees that serves in an advisory capacity to the company's leadership.

With the vision of making Annevo a better and more transparent workplace, the Annevo Hub was launched in 2021. It requires constant engagement from Annevoites to voice their opinions, discuss, and raise questions about the why and our how of the company operations.

Over the years, the Hub has evolved from being primarily a discussion forum to working on developing processes and implementing new ideas in the organization, such as creating skills mapping and refining our approach to internal projects and supporting startups within the Annevo network with design and tech development.

Projects undertaken over the years include CSR initiatives, planning and executing Hackaways and Hackathons, proposing training sessions and workshops in design and development.

Anyone at Annevo has the opportunity to apply to Annevo Hub, and once a year, a new committee is selected. During the selection process, applicants briefly describe why they want to be part of the Hub group and what they want to contribute, and group members are then chosen based on factors such as skills, interests, and personal attributes.

Sounding board

The approach varies depending on the area the committee focuses on, with monthly meetings serving as the foundation for discussions on pre-selected topics, often based on Annevo's employee surveys, to explore ways to improve in the chosen area. This may lead to the group continuing to work on specific tasks independently or proposing projects to be delegated to relevant parties.

Annevo Hub also serves as a sounding board for our sales and marketing department, our head of tech, and head of design, providing additional perspectives on various organizational issues.
